‘Kelly knows something,’ says Julius Malema on Senzo’s murder case

An old video of the EFF’s Chief in Command Julius Malema has resurfaced on social media where the revolutionary leader expressed his views on the Senzo Meyiwa murder, stating that the people who were in the house when Senzo Meyiwa was killed know who killed him.

The video recently shared by the blog Maphephandaba comes after Kelly and her sister Zandile Khumalo-Gumede have been in the spotlight following a testimony by state witness Colonel Steyn, who shared among other things, that a sim-swap was done on Senzo’s number the day after he was killed.

In the video, Julius shared:

“We hold a view, and a very strong view that Senzo was killed and those people in the house know who killed Senzo. We are more than convinced, personally, I’m more than convinced Kelly knows. I’m more than convinced that she knows something. There must be a way she must be held accountable, but it must be done in an orderly manner so that its outcome is not questionable.”

Sharing their opinions, even though Kelly and her family are innocent until proven guilty by the court of law, the blog’s followers commented:

“Kelly really knows who killed Senzo, you will find out it’s someone close to the family.”

“I personally think that the only person with a motive to kill is Mandisa, she hired a hit man to kill Kelly but because there was a lot of people in the house and Senzo trying to protect his child the bullet accidentally landed on him. No one is talking about Mandisa.”

“No really we need political intervention!!!!! Let them make this a bargaining chip for our vote! Really, they must! Otherwise, we won’t see justice. This is a circus.”

“I so wish that once they are found guilty, they are also charged with wasting resources coz these people have known the truth since, since!”
