South African artist Uncle Vinny, whose true name is Kabelo Vincent Ndlovu, failed at his attempt at crowd surfing at the Cotton Fest held in Durban.
Cotton Fest is a popular music and youth culture festival, that made its debut in Durban this year. The festival, which started in Joburg in 2019 by the late global music and fashion icon Riky Rick, has grown to become one of the most anticipated events on the South African entertainment calendar.
The young star joined other SA musicians to perform at the first Cotton Fest in Durban.
In a video that was shared on Twitter, Vinny alerted the crowd before surfing, but they failed to get him.
As seen in the video, Uncle V fell but got up and returned back to the stage to finish off his performance.

The video gained a lot of reactions from South Africans with many saying that crowd surfing isn’t done in South Africa and others just laughing at him.
