AmaZulu football club owner, Sandile Zungu and his new wife, Nozipho Magubane, have welcomed their first baby together. Excited, Sandile took to social media to announce the birth of his newborn daughter, Nobuholi Nala Zungu.

According ZiMoja, Mrs Zungu is ecstatic, and the addition of a new baby has made the whole family happy, including Sandile’s children from a previous marriage. Sandile reportedly cancelled most of his business engagements just to bond with his new daughter. “Around this time last Sunday, my wife and I were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Nobuholi Nala Zungu, nicknamed ‘Mother’s Day.’ Here is to wish Nobuholi a blessed weekiversary. Yippee,” Zungu wrote.

The couple wed in a grandiose ceremony in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands in June of last year. The event was attended by A-list celebrities, politicians, and business leaders, including billionaire CAF chief Patrice Motsepe. Zungu dated Slindile Wendy Ndlovu, a Real Housewives of Durban cast member, before he wed Magubane. According to Ndlovu, Zungu made a commitment to wed her but secretly wed Magubane instead.

The Zungu family will be celebrating another family milestone event. Sinenjabulo Zungu, the CEO of AmaZulu, and Amazulu striker Bongi Ntuli will wed this coming week, according to a report from ZiMoja two weeks ago. When the Zungus acquired possession of the soccer club from the Sokhelas early last year, the couple got acquainted. ZiMoja and the pair, according to a source close to them, fell in love right away. Sinenjabula refuses to comment further about her personal life.
