Emtee refutes claims of returning to Ambitiouz Entertainment

by Staff Bona

Emtee has taken to Twitter to slam claims that there was a chance of him ever returning to his former music label, Ambitiouz Entertainment.

This comes after a source told ZiMoja that the two parties were “in talks” of the rapper coming back, although, “nothing has been concluded.”

Kgosi Mahumapelo, the founder of Ambitiouz Entertainment also told the above publication that the company has always had a “cordial and respectful relationship behind closed doors” with Emtee, “despite what has been perceived publicly.” He added that claims of possible meetings between the two parties would not be surprising.

“But since every possible negotiation is protected by confidentiality, we choose neither to deny nor confirm the rumours,” said Kgosi.

Emtee squashed the claims when musician and entrepreneur Daniel Marven asked, “is Emtee going back to Ambitiouz Ent??”

Emtee responded, “To do what?”

One Twitter user also pointed out that the controversial record label uploaded two of the rapper’s albums onto YouTube. Emtee replied to the tweet, saying, “Desperate times call for desperate measures.”
