Many parents experience an array of reactions when waking their children up early in the morning. Rachel Kolisi was in for a treat when she woke her kids up at 04h00 to catch a 06h00 flight.

Rachel posted a few Instagram stories showing the contrasting early-morning energies of her son Nicholas and daughter Keziah.

Nicholas appeared to be calm, laying his head on the side of a bed while wearing a pair of black sunglasses with his eyes closed. His little sister, however, seemed to be filled with energy, singing and dancing around.

Rachel then took to her Instagram timeline to show her followers how things were going after they had returned home. Rachel wrote, “Yesterday we had a red eye from Cape Town back to Durban. We had to get up at 4am to fly at 6am, we landed at 8am and I took these two straight to school (as per their request), this was just before dinner last night and sums up exhaustion in 2 ways ? which one are you?”

Blogger and entrepreneur Olwethu Leshabane commented, “I’m definitely the hysterical exhausted type???.”

One Instagram user said, “Definitely Nick. Kez is definitely Siya in this scenario??❤️.”

Another wrote, “Rach ??? that energy. It’s beautiful. I am sure she crashed after. Love the juxtaposition of those 2 magnificent children. The chilled (but with such fire) and the fire (but with such chill). You are so lucky to share and document these moments.”

The Instagram user continued, “I know I have watched my folks handheld camera videos of our mad moments. They are irreplaceable.
Continue to keep them all. When they grow up and forget, you never will. And it’s good material for 21st’s! ??.”
