Fans have praised DJ Zinhle’s husband, SA rapper Morda, for the way he has stepped up to be the father figure to Kairo Forbes, Zinhle’s daughter with AKA.
AKA was murdered in February.
Morda has stepped up massively to be there for Kairo after AKA’s passing. He also has a one-year old daughter with DJ Zinhle so he knows a thing or two about being a father.
The latest post on Instagram saw Morda and Kairo posing candidly together, with him holding her braids up and pulling funny faces together.
“This is the energy after they finished a packet of Oreos… ❤️ @murdahbongz @kairo.forbes,” she said.

Fans took to the comments section to give Morda praise for the new role that he’s accepted and stepped into so comfortably.
“One can see Kairo was brought up to love everyone,” @thandi_mabaso3 said.

AKA’s mother, Lynn Forbes, recently dedicated a post to her son to praise him for the work he did as a rapper and as a father.
“Becoming a parent is an event. Discovering love and how to be loving is being a parent. I’m proud of how well you did that. Remembering you is the easiest thing to do. Missing you, every day, is a pain that will never go away. We love and miss you so much ❤️,” she captioned the post.
