Celebrate with Clere lotion

Clere lotion recently introduced its new bottle shape to beauty editors, bloggers and influencers at an event filled with beauty, nutrition and movement tips and activities.

A celebration of body positivity

When Clere lotion launched its new bottle, all the attendees got to learn how beauty, nutrition and movement combined could contribute to a healthier, happier and more beautiful you. It was, in short, a celebration of body positivity – something Clere has been a long-time advocate of. The speakers at the event also shared some of their tips on getting body-positive with us.

Getting fit

Exercising doesn’t necessarily mean training for a marathon. This can include pilates, yoga, walking, hiking or even dance classes. So, when you decide on which exercises to do, think about what you already like or would like to do.

And, if you’re not sure, try some classes at a local gym or community centre. You can even follow exercise videos. Exercising is about much more than simply burning calories; it also releases endorphins, which trigger a positive feeling and an energised outlook on life. Just 30 minutes a day can do wonders for the way you look and feel. Of course, exercise isn’t the only thing that can make you feel more positive and love your body.

Healthy eating

Don’t change your entire diet at once. Rather make small healthy changes and in turn, be healthier. These changes can include:

  • Adding fresh fruit and vegetables to your daily diet.
  • Eating regular meals.
  • Not letting yourself get too hungry as that can lead to you craving and indulging in an unhealthy snack.

If there’s one thing that you should know, it’s that what you put in your body has a direct impact on how you look.

Introducing the new Clere look

Clere has been synonymous with soft, smooth and beautiful-looking skin for over 60 years, and remains a favourite in South African homes. “Our new look has been a long time coming,” said Clere brand manager, Su-Marie Annandale, adding that the brand wanted to still reflect its heritage. And, what a beautiful new look – sleek, sophisticated and eye-catching. Su-Marie also noted that the message of loving your beautiful skin remained a part of the Clere philosophy. In fact, this has been enhanced to create “the new shape of love”.

Luxurious fragrances and skincare
