Anita Baker to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET’s

Congratulations to legendary musician Anita Baker who will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s BET awards. This comes after the 8-time Grammy award-winning star announced that she’s retiring from music after 40 years. She is currently on  her final farewell tour in America. The exciting news was announced by the channel on social media.

The BET’s will take place on the place at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, 24 June and will air on BET on DStv on Tuesday, 26 June at 20h00 (CAT).
