As the new season approaches, cocktail culture is entering an exciting new chapter. The focus is shifting toward refined flavours, premium ingredients, elegant presentation, and memorable drinking experiences.

A new era of cocktail craft

Today’s premium cocktail is about far more than simply combining quality spirits and mixers.

It is an experience designed to engage the senses. Bartenders are experimenting with house-made infusions, botanical ingredients, fresh seasonal fruits, and distinctive garnishes to create drinks that feel both luxurious and contemporary.

Seasonality is becoming an important part of modern cocktail menus. Fresh spring fruits like berries, citrus, herbs, spices, and aromatic botanicals can bring brightness and depth to a carefully crafted drink.
