Think you don’t need an alkaline supplement? Think again!

Each system in your body functions best at a certain pH, or acid/alkaline, level. As part of normal metabolism our body naturally forms acids, which it will excrete through the kidneys, lungs, intestines and skin, or buffer by using alkaline minerals.  It gets these alkaline minerals, magnesium, potassium and calcium, from food particularly vegetables and fruits.  The problem today is that our diets create additional acidity in our bodies since animal protein like meat and dairy products, and sugar are highly acid causing. It’s estimated our diets consist of 80% acid and 20% alkaline foods, when it should ideally be the opposite.

To maintain the correct pH balances internally our body stores excess acid in our connective tissue (skin and joints) or buffers it by leeching alkaline minerals like calcium from bones, cartilage and teeth. This ongoing effort to protect its optimal acid/alkaline levels takes energy. Fatigue, exhaustion, lowered concentration and a higher sensitivity to stress are the symptoms we will experience.  Not to mention the long term negative impact on our bones, connective tissue and overall health.

That is the reason for A.Vogel’s Multiforce Alkaline Powder.  It’s a daily dose of calcium, magnesium and potassium designed to help you offset the acidity modern living creates and support the systems responsible for keeping your internal pH levels balanced.  Voted Product of the Year 2016 in the health category in a survey of 5000 people by Nielsen, A.Vogel Multiforce is available at pharmacies and health shops.
