When it comes to achieving a productive day, our beauty sleep is important, however, at times it is disrupted by various reasons.

Have you ever experienced situations where you cannot explain why you are always, in fact, it makes you feel miserable because it interferes with your day-to-day activities. Regaining your energy requires an understanding of the underlying issues.

According to Medical News Today, “Everyone feels tired at some point in their lives — whether it’s due to a late night out, staying up to watch your favourite TV show, or putting in some extra hours at work.”

The above health news publication also mentions that most of the time, you can identify the exact reason why you’re not feeling your best and the health source further continues to ask but what about the moments when you’re unable to identify the source of your fatigue? Then, what is causing your fatigue?

The below publications provide the answer noted by the above health sources:

WebMD states that even though it may be obvious, you might not be getting enough sleep. Your health and ability to concentrate may suffer as a result. Adults should sleep between seven and eight hours each night.

The health publication Healthline claims, “Chronic stress may cause structural and functional changes in your brain and lead to chronic inflammation, contributing to symptoms like fatigue.”

The above health hub further suggests seeing your doctor and explaining your symptoms if you’re suffering from unexplained, chronic exhaustion. They could advise testing to rule out underlying health conditions such as sleep apnea, diabetes, kidney disease, and depression to name a few.

According to the health publication above, “It’s important to know that it’s abnormal to feel exhausted constantly. If you experience frequent fatigue, there are likely one or more causes.”
