‘We stood firm,’ says Musa Mseleku in support of Jacob Zuma

Reality TV producer and businessman Musa Mseleku caused a stir on social media when he showed his support for Umkhonto Wesizwe (MK) leader Jacob Zuma.

The support comes after mzansi held successful elections recently, placing the newly formed MK in the lead in KwaZulu-Natal Natal, a province where both Musa and Msholozi hail from.

The MK not only gained a massive following in KZN but it also received a lot of support nationally, placing it as the third biggest party in the country, a spot which once belonged to the EFF.

Just five months after its official launch on the 16th of December, many people seem to be pleased with the MK party, including polygamist Musa who took some time to share a picture of himself and Msholozi.

He captioned his post, “We stood firm.”

The post drew positive and negative responses from internet users who shared:

“When trusted men are loyal to tribalism instead of the betterment of the country but opt to plunge us back into state capture etc, I lose the respect over them.”

Another user wrote, “Aaah I trusted Musa yooo, you lost a fan xem (shame), Zuma who has done nothing but steal, it means you are encouraging stealing wena.”

One user was happy with the father of 10’s post commenting, “I’m so proud of KZN big up guys, you support each other.”

Another user stood up for Musa commenting, “New friends in the making, but no one should shy away on who they support in this country.”
