Some viewers were left excited to learn that Mzansi Magic has reportedly added seven more episodes to the eighth season of the fan-favourite reality show, Uthando Nes’thembu. Some were worried that this might be the final season of the show.

Season eight has kept mzansi glued to their screens while they dish out drama after drama, from the Mseleku patriarch, Musa Mseleku’s hospitalisation after he suffered a stroke, number five, Samkelisiwe Khwela becoming the fifth wife, wives threatening to leave, to the celebration of Musa’s 50th birthday.

All the drama that has been shared on this season had mzansi dying with fear of missing out, as some have vocalised on the social media platforms that they would like to relocate to Mzumbe to see everything that happens in the Mseleku homestead because two episodes per week is not enough.

Recently, the entertainment commentator Jabulani Macdonald took to his X (formerly Twitter) page to share that seven more episodes have been added to the current season of the ‘realnovela’.
