The episode was filled with exciting challenges, inspiring flavours, and beautifully crafted dishes that highlighted the incredible talent within South Africa’s culinary scene. Each chef brought their own unique style to the competition, combining skill, imagination, and a deep appreciation for quality ingredients.

Last night’s episode 7, titled The Taste Temptation Challenge, was a feast for the eyes and a test for the chefs.

With seven chefs remaining, visual impact takes centre stage. Guided by guest judge Chef Marthinus Ferreira, they had to master colour, texture, composition and flavour to create dishes no one can resist ordering.
