Kwa Mam’Mkhize reality star and fitness enthusiast Sbahle Mpisane, who is also the stepdaughter of prominent Durban businesswoman and socialite Shauwn Mkhize, popularly known as Mam’Mkhize, was arrested in December because of reckless driving in Midrand, Johannesburg.
In 2018, the reality TV star was in a severe car accident that resulted in her losing her ankle bone. The accident occurred when she crashed her car into a tree.
As reported by entertainment publication, ZiMoja, Sbahle was detained in a police holding cell for some time and a police spokesperson has confirmed the incident, as well as her upcoming court appearance. It is worth noting that her brother, Andile, had also been in trouble with the police previously for reckless driving.
The post on X(formerly Twitter) stated the reason for the arrest leaving many users shocked.

An X user pointed out the general driving rule in South Africa as a means of defending the reality star, suggesting that her actions were not in violation of any laws or restrictions.
Anything over 160km/h is regarded as reckless driving and warrants an arrest… so the could’ve been doing 160km/h on the N1 or N3 from Durban… who knows… and you and I know that this is normal for people doing long distance driving
