Nonku Williams opens up about her new memoir

Nonku Williams, a reality TV personality, businesswoman and now author, recently opened up about the highly anticipated release of her memoir, giving fans a better glimpse into her life.

Speaking to TshisaLive, Nonku expressed, “The writing process was intense, emotional and rewarding. I did work with an editor who helped me shape my experiences into a cohesive story, but every word comes from my heart. Together, we ensured my voice, my truth, came through authentically.”

The author also told the news publication that the inspiration behind writing Unapologetically Me was that she wanted to relay the story of the person people see on screen—a story of faith, tenacity, and survival. She notes that it has not been easy, but she has found strength in every obstacle. Regardless of her background or the challenges she has encountered.

She talks openly about her struggles, victories, and life lessons in this moving and illuminating book and draws readers into her world with a special mixture of strength and sensitivity, delivering a stirring story of resilience and self-discovery.

With this memoir, she hopes readers will realise they are not alone in their hardships and that they possess the ability to overcome, recover, and rebuild.

According to the entertainment news publication mentioned above, although Nonku is often misunderstood, she wishes to leave an empowering legacy and her goals are to uplift others and give back to the community.

Nonku also shared on her Instagram account that her Unapologetically Me memoir will be placed on bookshelves in 2025.
