Musa Khawula, the controversial social media influencer is in hot water again. This time, he faces a potential legal clash after making cheating allegations against businessman Ze Nxumalo on his social media platform, X.

According to City Press, Ze issued a letter of demand to Musa through his attorneys, warning him to retract the statements.

“You were purposefully misguiding the members of the public by stating that Mr Nxumalo has had multiple extra-marital affairs, thus cheating on his wife, Dr Green Nxumalo, with another woman, including with a Ms Mokoena,” read the letter of demand.

The publication reports that in a now-deleted post dated 12 October, Musa allegedly published a photo of Ze’s wife, Tamaryn Green, with a caption that read: “Dr Tamaryn Green – Nxumalo with a child whilst her husband Ze Nxumalo is cheating on her.”

This latest incident adds to Musa’s ongoing legal troubles. Throughout his career, he has frequently been involved in lawsuits and defamation claims.

According to IOL, Musa has also been the subject of a civil lawsuit involving Nozuko Mbalula, the wife of ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula. Musa was instructed to retract defamatory and false statements claiming that Nozuko and her associates paid bribes to secure tenders.

However, users on X demanded proof of Musa’s claims, with many pointing out that Ze’s Instagram page is filled with posts celebrating his wife.

Where is the proof that Ze Nxumalo is cheating? That man only posts his wife on IG… ?
