The Limpopo-born star Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, better known as Makhadzi, expressed her gratitude to her fans before crossing into the new year 2023.

The Ma Yellowbone hitmaker had a super impactful year as she won a Nickelodeon award in April 2022 and among many other achievements such as her successful gigs and tours.

The amapiano sensation pinned down a heartfelt message to her fans on her Instagram timeline expressing her gratitude towards her fans.

Here is what she had to say:

“I just want to take this moment before we enter 2023 to thank each and every one of you for the support. 2022 was the greatest year of my career, from filling Stadiums in Botswana and Venda for my One Woman Show to being recognized locally and internationally with awards.

Makhadzi says her wish is for people to understand the love in music.

“The support I got from my South Africa for 2022 is just amazing and I even cry sometimes when I think about it. You saw the love at my live performance at SA. Today I am in KZN to cross over to 2023 with them and I feel this can only be God’s work …all I ever wanted to do is to bring unity to my people and make everyone understand that in music there is love,” she wrote.

“Today I can go and perform at any corner in South Africa and live my heart on stage and see everyone cheering and asking for more. I went to Australia for a tour and the support was equally amazing. From Botswana, Mozambique, Namibia,  Zimbabwe, Malawi, Swaziland the support from these countries I say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am coming for the rest of Africa.”

She ended off with thanking her province, her supporters along with the artists who had worked with her throughout 2022.

“Limpopo, my province.. Thank you very much for all the support you have given me this year. The artists I worked with thank you very much. All Radio and TV stations that showed me support the whole year thank you very much.”

“I wish you a very happy 2023 and I say lord, when we start the new year please bless us first ZWIVHUYA ZWIVHUYA,” Makhadzi added.
