In an Instagram post, Khosi started by expressing her deep gratitude to the exceptional designer, Bayanda Khathini for creating this beautiful gown, sharing, “Big thank you to @bayanda_khathini_ for bringing my dream dress to reality.”

She also wrote, “Upon receiving the great news that I will be presented with an honorary award by @lamodemag for the Nigeria Green October Event, I wanted an attire that will represent who I am and pay homage to Nigeria.

“Thank you for the recognition and support Nigeria, I hope this leads me to greener pastures in your land,” Khosi stated.

She concluded by saying, “Happy Independence Day,” as Nigeria celebrated this important day on the 1st of October 2024.
