South African filmmaker, actress, and businesswoman Connie Ferguson challenges Cassper Nyovest to a skipping rope challenge.
Connie is a fitness fanatic who maintains her body and health well, she is always sharing videos of herself at the gym mostly using a skipping rope.
Last year she experienced a knee problem that made her doctor decide that she should take a break from the gym, she shared on her Instagram, “My knee has been acting up lately!? After seeing the doctor and doing X-rays and ultrasound, it was decided to put it on unpaid leave for six weeks to give it time to regenerate and heal. 2 weeks with no pressure on it at all, and then the next 4 weeks taking it easy with physiotherapy.”
Taking to Instagram, the mother of two shared a video of herself doing a step whilst skipping using Cassper Nyovest’s song Gets Gesta, as the sound. In her caption, she wrote, ” @ali.ferguson_ This is for you! Added the skipping rope BabyGhel!@casspernyovest Here’s a challenge for you and your tribe! I’ll add more moves next time. In the meantime, show me what you can do to the beat!”
