Nicki Minaj announces retirement from music

Awrd-winning rapper Nicki Minaj has announced her retirement from music. The star took to social media to share the news that she’s quitting music to focus on starting a family. Nicki shared in part: “I’ve decided to retire & have my family.”

She also thanked her fans for their support throughout her career. She said in part: “To my fans, keep reppin me, do it til da death of me, X in the box- cuz ain’t nobody checkin me. Love you for LIFE.”
