Malema initially took the celebrity gossip blogger to court after he alleged that he and his wife, Mantwa Matlala-Malema, are getting divorced.

According to IOL, “The South Gauteng High Court ordered Khawula to retract the defamatory statements he made about the couple. He has been sentenced to 30 days’ direct imprisonment, suspended for 30 days on condition he complies with the order”.
