Baked Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 4 cups Gnocchi, cooked
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 - 2 cups bacon
 - 1kg spinach
 - 2 cups (500ml) cream
 - 2 eggs, beaten
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
 - Heat butter and add bacon. Cook until soft.
 - Add spinach, cook until wilted. Season with pepper.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk cream and eggs together and season well.
 - Combine gnocchi and bacon mixture and spoon this into an oven dish.
 - Pour over cream mixture and bake until set
