South African singer-songwriter and acclaimed performer Langa Mavuso is set to take audiences across the country on The Other Side Tour, a national tour celebrating a decade of music, storytelling and personal transformation.

The tour will see Langa bringing his distinctive blend of soul, R&B and contemporary African music to some of South Africa’s notable venues, offering audiences an intimate look at the artist beyond the stage.
The Other Side Tour kicks off in October
The national tour officially kicks off on 2 October 2026 at the Kumalo Turpin Gallery, with the opening show presented by Stella Artois.
Langa will then take the tour to Emperors Palace in Johannesburg on 24 October 2026, before travelling to Pretoria, Gqeberha and other cities across the country.
The tour is designed to take audiences beyond the expected and explore the emotions, music and perspectives that exist on “the other side” of Langa’s artistic journey.
A decade of music, love and healing
At the heart of The Other Side Tour is Langa’s decade-long career, which has been shaped by themes of love, identity, vulnerability, heartbreak and healing.
The tour will explore his extensive catalogue, from Liminal Sketches through to Therapy: The Other Side, while giving fans an opportunity to experience some of his well-known songs in a live setting.
Audiences can expect to hear familiar favourites alongside new sounds as Langa continues to explore his musical evolution.
An intimate live experience
Rather than simply presenting a collection of songs, The Other Side Tour has been curated as a journey through different emotional landscapes.
Langa’s vocals and storytelling will remain at the centre of the experience, with the performances moving between intimate and expansive moments.
The tour will also showcase the musicianship and live performance qualities that have become associated with Langa’s shows.
