What is intermittent fasting?

It is when you alternate between eating and fasting. It could be described as “patterns,” “cycles”, or “schedules” of fasting.

Intermittent fasting isn’t just about starving yourself or dieting. It involves significantly reducing calorie intake for short periods.

When considering how to intermittent fast, it is essential to maintain proper nutrition in your overall diet and avoid unnecessary risks. Everyone knows that weight loss is never a one-size-fits-all approach. It may be sustainable for some people, while others find the approach difficult.
