This can refer to the mental health of a person, either the emotional, psychological and social well-being of their mental health.

When one experiences good mental health, they can typically tackle life events one step at a time. Being in a positive mental health state means being able to acknowledge your emotional state, knowing that you can accomplish the daily tasks necessary to maintain healthy relationships and engage in a way that is meaningful for you and your mental well-being.

World Health Organisation (WHO) reports, “Stress management can be a vital aspect of one’s success, especially for busy individuals who may also be working or caring for others.”
These are just a few methods to help manage stress:

- Cultivate healthy relationships
- Continue eating well
- Exercise
- Meditation and other self-care activities
No one must go through mental illness alone, as there’s no shame in seeking mental health support when needed. There are many institutions with medical help for an ongoing mental health issue.
