Tensions were high in the Big Brother Mzansi: Bazozwa house as Big Brother addressed the elephant in the room.

This is after Big Brother addressed ongoing misconduct in the house and issued punishments for bullying, provocation, disrespect of identity, property violations, and physical aggression. Lindy Christoffels, popularly know as Trixie, received a double strike for inciting violence and provocation.

Liyema ‘Liema’ Pantsi was given a single strike for taking and withholding a fellow housemate’s private property and refusing to return it, bullying and provocation.

Thandeka Tshabalala and Ramona Maloy received a single strike each for their derogatory comments about a fellow housemate’s identity, and refusal to participate in the wager presentation.

In addition, Didintle ‘Didi’ Mothobi was banned from the next Head of House challenge after she threw a cup at Thandeka, risking damage to Big Brother’s property, and Tumi Mohwaduba, popular as Tumi the Barber received a final warning, for what Big Brother described as an inability to exercise self control. This is after he pushed Nkululeko Masiye, well-known as Mshefane during a heated exchange.

X (formerly Twitter) users weighed in:

South Africa you only have one job sana only one job, to make sure that maTha doesn’t win this season of bazozwa. Production failed to give her double strikes or disqualification since she’s production puppet.#BBMzansiS6

I’m just surprised by those clips 🤣🤣 the choice of selection is what I’m shocked by!!

There are many unseen clips that should have been selected to issue more strikes…#BBMzansiS6 pic.twitter.com/uNQecnBPOM
