The Biri Marung hitmaker, Tebogo G Mashego, returns to South Africa.

This is after he made an emotional video asking for donations towards the plane ticket costs from Nigeria. The video clip reached many social media users, including South African musician DJ Karri, who took it upon himself to purchase a flight ticket for him.

The 23-year-old Amapiano star clarified that the Nigerian promoters were not at fault.

“They bought me a ticket. I’ll land at one o’clock. Soul Barbie Entertainment thanks for everything. To my fans, Two Shot, my DJ and DJ Maphorisa will still talk to me.

“Soul Barbie Entertainment in Nigeria, I’m sorry it’s not your fault. I’ll share everything in South Africa. They took me to radio shows and TV shows, I feel bad because I never performed at other clubs because of Two Shot and my DJ,” said Tebogo.

Tebogo also apologised to Nigerians and South Africans.

“Nigerians I’m so sorry, South Africans I’m sorry. I trusted people who told me to come here, and when I got here they told me I’m not a superstar, I only have one hit and I’m making myself special. But I’ll reveal everything once I get home,” he said.

Tebogo went on a tour in Nigeria, which started on September 4 and was meant to end on September 30. However, he accused his team of mistreatment, even though he did not share the fine details. This led him to send a series of videos of him crying and claiming that he is stuck in Nigeria and wanted to go home.
