DStv Delicious International Food And Music Festival

The city’s most iconic lifestyle festival is back at Kyalami, celebrating its 11th year with global stars and local legends. Lauryn Hill headlines alongside Wyclef Jean, YG Marley and Zion Marley, while US star Don Toliver brings a dose of hip-hop and RnB. South African favourites like Lira, Kwesta, Mandisi Dyantyis and Zoë Modiga will also take the stage. Expect world-class food stalls, cocktails, and a vibe that defines Joburg spring.

Dancing The Death Drill At Joburg Theatre

Step into history with this moving stage adaptation of Fred Khumalo’s award-winning novel. The story follows Pitso Motaung, a South African soldier whose life was forever changed by the sinking of the SS Mendi in 1917. Directed by James Ngcobo, the production blends music, dance and drama, shining a light on forgotten stories of black South African soldiers in World War I.
