Tbo Touch is not about splitting the bills 50/50 with wife

Radio personality and musical legend Thabo Molefi, aka Tbo Touch, recently sat down with rapper and podcast host T-Lido for a candid conversation that covered a wide range of topics.

In the interview, Tbo Touch opened up about various aspects of his life, including his experiences with therapy, his battles with debts, and his lawsuits.

However, one of the most thought-provoking moments of the chat came when he discussed how a man should provide for his wife.

Always outspoken, Tbo Touch shared his views on the importance of financial responsibility in relationships, saying, “No man should be bringing anybody into their space if they’re not prepared to take care of you… you are violating one of the biggest commandments under the sun to be sitting with your wife and you have to scrutinise your budget… and say I’m paying 50% and you are paying 50%, you think that’s a… you think that’s a sin…”

Given the economic struggles many South Africans face, this comment is bound to spark debate online.

Tbo Touch’s words could resonate deeply with those grappling with financial pressures, while others might view them as a reminder of the challenges inherent in traditional gender roles.

This interview follows a previous appearance by Tbo on T-Lido’s podcast, where he stirred controversy by sharing that when his children go to school, their only concern is which car to drive.

Known for his humble bragging, Tbo Touch’s comments continue to generate buzz, offering a glimpse into the extravagant lifestyle he leads while navigating the complexities of family life.
