South African media personality and businesswoman Lerato Kganyago recently showcased her impressive collection of luxury vehicles, capturing the attention of fans and sparking discussions across social media platforms.
The video, shared on her Instagram account, featured multiple high-end cars, including several Mercedes-Benz models, reflecting her affinity for the brand.
One notable addition to her collection is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class, reportedly valued at approximately R2.2 million, according to Briefly News.
This luxury van is renowned for its spacious interior and advanced features, making it a popular choice among celebrities who value comfort and style.
In addition to the V-Class, The South African reported that Lerato was spotted driving a Porsche 911, a sports car celebrated for its performance and sleek design.
Her collection also includes a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, known for its robust build and off-road capabilities, further highlighting her diverse automotive tastes.
The unveiling of her car collection elicited mixed reactions on social media. While some fans admired her success and the fruits of her labour, others questioned the necessity of owning multiple similar vehicles.
One user commented, “Typical us Africans, we show off our liabilities, not assets.”
Another remarked, “I know she’s the new brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, but why have the same/similar car ×3?”
Of course, some online users brought up the issue of Sars and the recent increase in VAT. Others even tagged Sars in their comments.
