A 22-year-old international TikTok mogul spent a whopping R2 million to rent the famed Iron Man House, located in Clifton, for a 7-day stay.

The TikTok personality @musametas has posted multiple videos to the social media platform, sharing details of the rental, his mindset, and how he earns approximately $ 10,000 (R184 million) for achieving one million views on the app.

The user elaborated that he earns an income through the videos he posts to TikTok as well as through a course that trains other creators to curate the same brand.

He started the virtual business along with two friends, aged 17 and 19.

The Iron Man House is located on Clifton’s Nettleton Ridge, which is ranked highly amongst the most affluent neighbourhoods in Cape Town.

The luxury villa accommodates 12 people with six bedrooms and provides its guests with jaw-dropping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Clifton’s beaches and the 12 Apostles mountain range.

The shared videos have left many South Africans stunned, with one user quipping, ‘So what’s the secret to making the money because a girl needs that luxury too?’

While many of his international followers found it difficult to believe that the young content creator was living it large in the Mother City, others made full use of the opportunity to ask him to ask him to invest in their future.

One user entered the comment section, highlighting that they were still studying and needed R20,000 to cover tuition costs.
