Excitement is in the air in the Green-Nxumalo household as Miss South Africa 2018 winner Tamaryn Green and her husband Ze Nxumalo eagerly await the arrival of their firstborn.
Tamaryn, who is also a certified medical doctor and philanthropist, was recently surprised by family and friends with the hosting of an official baby shower ahead of the birth of her daughter.
The event was held in her hometown of Paarl, in the Western Cape.

Taking to Instagram she shared some of the weekend’s snaps, expressing her gratitude towards all those who took the time to make her day extra special.
Meanwhile, she has further revealed that being pregnant is one of the most remarkable experiences that she has ever encountered.
“Many have shared their excitement for me and this incredible pregnancy journey, often telling me how profoundly special it is.”
She added, “At first, I didn’t fully grasp the depth of their words, but now, without a shadow of a doubt, I can say this has been one of the most magical experiences of my life. I’ve never known a love quite like this before.”

The couple first announced the news of their pregnancy in August this year – the same day that the Miss Universe first runner-up celebrated her 30th birthday.
At the time they shared a short real which captures the essence of their unity while Ze reached over and revealed the ultrasound scans.
