Singer and songwriter Kaylow, real name Kelello Sengoana, still hospitalised after a near-fatal car accident in September, has shared the harrowing details of the crash and his ongoing recovery.

In an exclusive interview with Daily Sun, the artist opened up about the traumatic event and the struggles he’s faced since.

“Unfortunately, I’m still hospitalised,” Kaylow shared, “I was in a near-fatal accident and give God all the glory for this one. I was driving back from buying my son a bicycle when this other car came into my lane. I tried avoiding that car, but the driver caught me at the back, It threw me out and rolled on top of me then went past,” he recalled. “My pelvis was completely damaged, all of the links to my legs were damaged.”

Kaylow, known for his hit song Nothing Better, further shared with the publication that the crash left him fighting for his life. “I’ve had two operations done on my left and right hip. Now I’m rehabilitating,” he said.

In one of his most recent posts, he expressed his gratitude for his support from fans and shared the emotional and physical challenges he’s facing.

“God is good. Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes,” Kaylow wrote. “This journey is hard and very painful, I never imagined myself in such a situation, but I assure you I will recover God is good.”
