Time seems to be moving at supersonic speed for sports broadcaster Motshidisi Mohono as the media personality was recently treated to a surprise baby shower, courtesy of her close circle. This comes shortly after the people’s sports crush announced her pregnancy to the masses, as motherhood has been a journey she has been looking forward to.

Since announcing her pregnancy, Motshidisi has been finding creative ways to style her baby bump, serving effortless looks and doing the nearly impossible task of making maternity clothes look stylish. She has also sought advice and tips regarding motherhood and parenting from her followers and supporters on X(formerly Twitter). The most recent case was when she inquired about where to place the car seat once the baby has arrived.

Parent/Guardian Twitter,
Dumelang! What’s the consensus concerning car seats? Do they go behind the driver’s seat, or the passenger’s seat?

The Supersport anchor took to her Instagram with a heartfelt message of gratitude to her close circle for organising the celebration for her, especially while trying to keep her from finding out about the surprise. “Oh they got me SO GOOD! Preggy brain would’ve never allowed me to put two and two together fast enough. My girls from varsity, Nyiko and G, told me they’re taking me out before baby comes and want to take pics, “for the memories…” her caption read.

Upon arrival, her friends and family had organised a change of clothes that would be more appropriate for a celebration for a mom-to-be, an angelic all-white dress, accompanied by the natural pregnancy glow sealed the look.
