After Dark with Kayise is a conversational YouTube show that delves into various topics, with a focus on grief and how to deal with any kind of loss. Although the show returns with a similar focus on human interest stories, the production team also highlight the importance of opening the spectrum of the content and topics covered by the show.
The show is hosted by television host, actress, MC and producer Kayise Ngqula who came onto the scene in 2017 as a host on the popular Mzansi Magic Show Our Perfect Wedding. She has also starred in a few acting roles such as in ‘Ring of Lies’ as well as ‘Mina Nawe‘.
Furthermore, the show is produced by Kayise’s production company KNN Media Pty Ltd which is a production company committed to the upliftment and empowering of black women in the industry.
The media personality took to her Instagram to announce that the highly anticipated second season of her show would be returning. The news comes after four years since the release of the first season.

Ahead of our S2 E1 launch on Monday at 6pm, we thought to give you a glimpse of what to expect. Fellow celebrities and supporters took to the comments section to express their excitement and anticipation for the show, while some congratulated Kayise on her endeavour. “Can’t wait! I loved S1,” says media personality Ntando Duma.
