South African TV reporter, journalist, and Radio 702 host Clement Manyathela celebrated his birthday in a way few could ever imagine. During an Adele concert, Clement found himself pulled out of the crowd and guided onto the stage.

Clement shared these unforgettable moments on Instagram, highlighting the night as one that will be remembered long after the final notes of the concert have faded.

Clement shared a video on Instagram, captioning it, “@adele you made me famous in Germany on Saturday night.” The video shows a joyous moment as everyone hugs Clement, thrilled for him after his unforgettable experience on stage with Adele.

According to OK MZANSI, Adele paused during the performance to acknowledge the excitement in Clement and his friends. Their cheers caught Adele’s attention, who warmly greeted them and added a personal touch by saying, “Happy birthday, I can’t believe I picked you guys and you flew 16 hours.”

Clement took to Instagram to express his gratitude for the incredible year he’s had, writing, “God showed up for me this year. In every aspect of my life. I continue to see HIM through his deeds. I am at my HAPPIEST. True story. And I don’t want to take it for granted.”

Reflecting on his accomplishments in 2024, Clement highlighted running his first Comrades and London Marathon, starting a new TV show, shooting and executive producing a docu-series special, successful election coverage, getting accepted at GIBS, and starting an NPO. The cherry on top is meeting Adele.
