Leveraging her large social media following as well as her close relations with other influencers with large followings such as her podcast co-host YandaWoods, she has adopted a successful marketing strategy.

Fellow influencers and celebrities have wasted no time taking to Seemah’s comments to congratulate her and inquire about her products as well.

“Amazing! Congratulations,” says Dj Zinhle.

While fellow influencer Coachella commented, “Congratulations sister!!!! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.”

Her supporters have also expressed their excitement to try out the different shades. “I can’t wait to buy this lip gloss ’cause I just love the bold boss Era you are entering into,” says one user.

Some have expressed concern regarding the prices as each lipgloss retails at R110 each. “I’m not the target market,” cries one user who felt as though the influencer’s prices were too high for their budget.
