One thing about mzansi internet users is their ability to turn misery into hilarious jokes and with the recent soccer tournament between gqom and maskandi artists they used the opportunity to create really dope tracks.

Internet users were in shambles after artists DJ Tira, Big Zulu and gospel musician Dumi Mkokstad exchanged words on the soccer field regarding the unfair win of the Gqom team.

SABC sports presenter Andile Ncube remained the mediator of the match after the men could not stop verbally abusing one another, and whilst Dumi tried to explain himself the men ganged up on him leading to Big Zulu saying nasty comments that he later apologised for.

Taking to Instagram, Dumi claimed that the rules and regulations of the match stated that the Gqom team failed to do two things listed on the rules regarding not having a female player in the match for 10 minutes and also having nine professional soccer players at a time instead of one.

Although the gospel musicians felt that they won unfairly, internet users didn’t hold back when it came to making tracks to the men on the field.
