Internet users react to woman who paid R50K for a car that doesn’t belong to her

X (formerly known as Twitter) streets were recently buzzing due to social media influencers and a former couple’s dispute over a car they had gotten together.

Simphiwe Nomonde Funwa, popularly known as @sweettrevenge recently took to X to expose her ex-boyfriend Njabulo Ndlovu, also known as @boatsrevenge for allegedly stealing the car they had both purchased together while posting videos on their now-deleted YouTube channel titled, ‘Keeping it real with Sweet and Boat’ where they shared a lot of their couple content.

Simphiwe first posted a picture with the caption, “That PS5 looks so good in that car you stole from me,” causing many internet users to question the reason behind claiming that the car was hers.

Simphiwe then released a statement shortly after explaining that whilst together Njabulo and her jointly purchased a car that she paid R50k for and although she did not have access to the car she pleaded with Njabulo to pay her back.

She further explained that the ownership of the car was changed two days later without her knowledge even though they both spent money on it.
