by Staff Bona

The troubled marriage of media personality Denise Zimba and her husband Jakob Schlichtig has been laid bare in the Johannesburg High Court.

Denise told the court she caught Jakob masturbating while on a phone call with a woman, Sunday World reported. Another issue of contention for the pair is the custody of their two young daughters.

Yo guys! I am going through it!

My friends are going through it. People I know are going through it. People I have met, are going through it. I AM GOING TO IT, TO GO THROUGH IT AND GET THROUGH IT!

According to Sunday World, Jakob wants their daughters to live with him in Germany, but Denise is fighting this order.

Actress and TV personality, Denise Zimba has reportedly separated from her husband, Jakob Schlichtig.

The former Vuzu TV personality, Denise Zimba took to her Instagram Story on Saturday, 9 March to share a photo of herself and her daughters.

Their first girl, Leah Lilli-Rose Schlichtig, was born on July 1, 2019, and their second girl, Mila, was born in August 2023.

The How To Ruin Christmas star had previously shared with TimesLive that she was diagnosed with endometriosis and only had a 1% chance of falling pregnant.

She told TimesLive: “I was shocked, and felt less of a woman. I was not eager to fall pregnant, but having a family one day has always been important to me.”

Rumours of the couple splitting up made headlines earlier this year. According to Briefly News, Denise took to social media to share that she was now raising her kids as a single parent.
