One would assume that a married couple would not take their time and acknowledge their engagement day, however, the Mthombeni’s proved that normalcy does not apply to their love for each other.
This is after TV presenter and medical doctor, Dr Musa Mthombeni celebrated three years of engagement to his model wife, Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni.
The doctor asked Liesl’s hand in marriage on the 27th of June in 2021 and proceeded to tie the knot on the 18th of August in the same year.
Taking to his Instagram page to celebrate their engagement anniversary, Musa captioned his post: “Today marks three years engaged to this beautiful fairytale of a woman. Happy engagement anniversary baby girl.”

Instagram users flocked to the comment section to weigh in on the engagement anniversary.
Liesl responded and said, “I love you so much! This was one of the best days of my life.”
One user said, “Is this even allowed Musa, engagement anniversary? Oh well, love birds, do what love birds do every day; party.”
Another one said, “Congratulations buddy. Keep the fire burning.”
Recently the couple celebrated what Musa called a ‘monthiversary’, meaning another month has been added to the marriage.
Taking to his Instagram page, he said, “Monthiversary with my baby. Happy 34 months married my sexy baby. Almost three years married. Shuu, what a fairytale!”

TV and radio presenter, Liesl also took to her Instagram page to celebrate 34 months of marriage with Musa, with a caption that read: “Any excuse to relieve this day.
