Social media erupted with confusion and concern as rumours circulated about the supposed demise of popular rapper Shebeshxt. The false news, which spread like wildfire, was initially announced by Skhothane sa Pitori, causing an uproar among fans and the music community.

Skhothane sa Pitori, a well-known figure in the music scene, declared that Shebeshxt had tragically passed away in a car accident. The shocking announcement sent shockwaves across the internet, prompting an outpouring of grief and condolences from fans and fellow artists alike.

However, as the news quickly gained traction, it became apparent that there was no truth to the claims made by Skhothane sa Pitori. Contrary to the reports, Shebeshxt was alive and well, leaving many bewildered by the misinformation.

In the wake of the incident, Skhothane sa Pitori has come forward to issue a formal apology to Shebeshxt and his fans for the distress caused by the false death announcement. In a video released on social media, Skhothane sa Pitori expressed remorse for the error and clarified that the misinformation was the result of a misunderstanding.

“I’d like to ask for forgiveness, for the misunderstanding we were at a gig yesterday I was an MC there. Please forgive me, South Africa. Shebeshxt is still alive. He is not dead. Social media sometimes confuses people. Speedy recovery my friend. South Africa still loves you.”

The apology comes amidst a wave of criticism directed towards Skhothane sa Pitori for his reckless announcement. Many have condemned the act as irresponsible and called for greater accountability for the spreading of false information, particularly on social media platforms where misinformation can spread rapidly.
