Songstress and businesswoman, Bucie Nqwiliso (Nkomo) is counted among ‘comeback kids’ in the music industry with her latest single which was recently released following her hiatus after tying a knot in 2016.

In her exciting music career with hits such as Easy to Love, the songbird revived her working chemistry with her long-time producer Demor Sikhosana and released her latest single Faithful.

The Shela singer described her music break as a time to focus on building her new record label named Bucie Pty Ltd.

Bucie speaks of her sound as unique with a sense of nostalgia. In an interview with TshisaLive about latest single, she said:

“We are staying true to our music identities while also incorporating current sounds. This blend creates a unique and memorable experience for our listeners. You can expect a sense of nostalgia as Demor and I have always had a great working chemistry. I’m grateful to everyone who has listened to Faithful and for the positive sentiments I’ve been receiving,” said Bucie.

The songbird took to her Instagram page to share her latest single after her pause in music.

Speaking to the publication about her new record label, Bucie said:

“Music is my life, so it takes up most of my time. However, I’ve also been focusing on my record label, Bucie Pty Ltd, and planning to grow my business to support emerging artists. Additionally, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and exploring new creative ventures.”

“Throughout my journey, God has always been at the centre of how I’ve moved, and how I’ve moved, and I continue to pay Him honour for the gift of my voice and the healing it brings through music. As I navigate the path ahead, I trust in his guidance and remain grateful for the opportunities that lie ahead,” she said.
