Controversial social media blogger, Musa Khawula, faces a legal battle against Nozuko Mbalula, the wife of ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula, as well as Michelle Parow, her business partner.

It is believed that Musa made comments about Mbalula and Parow on X, saying the two paid a bribe in order to secure the government tenders to the value of R150 million between 2013 and 2019, The Citizen reported.

In response, Fikile Mbalula shared court documents on his X account, which ordered him to pay R1 million  to cover the legal costs of the application, and remove the defamatory statements from his X feed within 48 hours of the order being granted.

Additionally, he is prohibited from giving interviews or posting on any social media platforms, including X, any statements suggesting that Mbalula and Perrow are involved in fraud and corruption.

Taking to his X account, the ANC Secretary General posted the court order with the caption, “In the matter between: Nozuko Mbalula ,Michelle Perrow and Musa Khawula.”
