Society standards are some of the issues we face in our lives as it seems that everything is fine unless done by a woman.

Reality TV star and podcaster Lee Ann Makopa popularly known as Gogo Maweni addresses criticism from the internet for having four baby daddies.

This comes after Maweni took to her Instagram and shared that she and her husband, Sabelo Magube are expecting their first baby. While some people sent her congratulatory messages some judged her for having kids with different people.

She has her firstborn with an unknown man from the US, her second born with actor Sithembiso Khoza and her third with soccer star Siyabonga Zulu.

In an interview she had with news publication ZiMoja, Maweni responded to the critics by saying, “People will always have something to say, it doesn’t bother me. I have proven that I’m a mother and I can have children. Fortunately, I met someone who loves me and who I am married to. So, it’s only natural for me to bear children for him.”

She also added that it took them a while and she did not want a fourth child, “Here I am pregnant and ready to go. I know this baby is going to bring so much joy and blessings.”

Maweni also shared her excitement with the publication saying that she knowns the baby will bring joy to both of the families, “I look forward to being a new mom again. At least this time it will be different because, I will be giving birth to a child that will be in a home with both mom and dad. It is not what has happened to me in the past.”
