Muvhango actor Dingaan Siyabonga Khumalo opened up about being denied access to his daughter.

During a recent interview on the King David’s podcast, the actor was candid about his struggles with not being able to see his child, due to his ‘baby mama’ not allowing him.

While talking to David Mashabela, Dingaan said, “Wherever my daughter is, she is being told that your father wants nothing to do with you.”

As per reports by ZiMoja, the topic of his daughter made the actor very emotional as he loves his daughter and longs to have an everlasting relationship with her.

Dingaan also highlighted that most South African fathers are denied access to see their children for various reasons, further explaining that, this causes emotional trauma for both the parent and child as the child is often told things about the absent parent that sometimes are not true.

This interview gained massive popularity on the X app (previously known as Twitter) as many users expressed that, culturally if the parents are not married the child belongs to the mother’s side of the family, but stated that these reasons do not prevent the father from seeing the child.
