‘Get yourself a male trainer,’ says Lasizwe

Media personality Thulasizwe Dambuza, popularly known as Lasizwe, who is starting the year with workouts, encouraged people to find a specific kind of trainer when taking care of their bodies.

Taking to Instagram, Lasizwe shared a series of pictures of himself working out. In his caption, he encouraged people to find themselves male personal trainers. He said, “I’m telling you! Get yourself a male trainer, see the focus in my eyes.”

He then added, “I’m getting my body this year. (The last frame, ke manifestation Le Skang’ Judga!).”

He also shared what his trainer asked him what he eats when in a hurry: “The trainer asked me what I usually have for breakfast (when I am in a rush). My go-to is rice cakes with avocado, cheese, pepper and mayo! I love this combo so much.”

He concluded his caption by sharing that his trainer approved his breakfast: “I’ve attached how to make my favourite breakfast, especially after the gym! And HE APPROVED!”

Social media users shared their breakfasts too and said:

“I made a peanut butter snack with multi-grain rice cakes, topped with fruits and honey.”

Another social media user wrote that they like experimenting, therefore they are going to try achar and polony.

Another social media user said: “Rice cakes goes well with cucumber and cheese, just melt it kancane [a bit], you will enjoy.”
