The year 2024 is proving itself to be the year of reconciliation as Blood & Water actress Natasha Thahane and boy bestie Lasizwe have proven that forgiveness can take place by rekindling their friendship.
The duo has been quite distant the last few years. This comes after Natasha expressed her disappointment in Lasizwe for making her fallout with Ntando Duma public knowledge on one of his YouTube shows.
In 2021, she appeared on MacG’s Podcast and Chill, telling the host that she was unimpressed with the social media sensation’s decision to do that.
“He decided to say whatever he wanted to say. He can carry on,” she said.
“One thing people need to learn from my situation with Lasizwe is when people grow out of each other’s seasons, it’s okay.”
In one of Lasizwe’s YouTube shows Drink or tell the Truth, Nandi Madida asked the 25-year-old about their friendship to which he said that they unfollowed one another.
However, with the new year back in full swing, the duo seems to have put the past behind them and are looking forward.
The two were recently spotted together in an Instagram post shared by Lasizwe captioned “proof of life.”
Further elaborating on the post, he wrote:
“At the end, we will gravitate towards each other again if it is meant to be … I guess this is the sign.”
