Are you trying to get your body back in shape while also seeking healthy methods that will not have you starving yourself and implicating bad health practices?

This two-week food detox challenge promises to leave your body feeling refreshed, energised and at ease while also having multiple internal benefits such as cleansing and reducing bloating.

You will be surprised at the results one can achieve from abiding to this two-week healthy diet plan. However, to ensure that you achieve the best results, be sure to have a positive approach towards the 14-day challenge and tackle it with discipline, dedication and hard work.

According to Live Strong – a website that offers nutrition and fitness tips – the diet plan includes:

  • Nuts.
  • Fruits.
  • Smoothies
  • Supplements.
  • Plain yoghurt.
  • Lots of water intake.

According to Healthline – media publication dedicated to making health and wellness information accessible – these diets are simply made more effective due to the elimination of other substances such as “processed foods, alcohol, and other unhealthy substances.”

Healthline also states that this diet may have the same effects as short-term fasting method plans which “may improve various disease markers in some people, including improved leptin and insulin sensitivity.”

Please do note that these do not apply to everyone and it is advised that people living with health conditions see a doctor prior to following these diet plans and challenges.

Showing us the positive results of the 14-day detox challenge is a TikTok user who uses the handle n.luminous. This TikTok user is a health and fitness fanatic that is on a path of achieving her body goals.
